Infinite Motion Physical Therapy believes the true key to your well being is more motion. Maintaining your capability lies within optimizing the way you move and helping your body become better at adapting to a variety of circumstances. This requires a skilled, individual approach to determine the appropriate treatment and exercise prescription to restore your potential with the activities you love and minimize the injuries that slow us down.

This practice is focused on helping you perform your best with whatever activity you love to do. Recovery from injury along with improved performance rely on similar principles of efficiency with body mechanics and proper loading. When we utilize alignment and resistance in optimal movement patterns our bodies can increase the output we produce. Thus we are capable of improving strength, helping our bodies do more, with less incidence of breakdown. Our evaluations search for the root of dysfunctional movement patterns and address them to improve athletic performance. Then we discuss a program to help to add the right amount of intensity and resistance to help you continue to make changes in the direction you want to go.

Dr Jami specializes in detecting these movement pattern dysfunctions in many areas and getting people back to their activities. From tasks of daily function to CrossFit or Dance, gymnastics, yoga, running, snow sports and many team sports. She treats a wide variety of age ranges and abilities. All sessions are one on one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and last about 1 hour. Our longer treatment sessions allow for more time spent on not only body work but progressions of home exercises and functional / sport specific exercises that relate to your individual goals and setting up specific programs that you will be able to do confidently and stick with. This can be accomplished in many cases with less overall visits. Thus you will progress and maintain benefits with a goal of self management, injury prevention and improved performance.

Infinite Motion is an out-of-network provider/fee for service practice. This means we do not bill your insurance. If requested, you will be provided with a Superbill that you can then submit to your insurance for any available out-of-network benefits.

At Infinite Motion Physical Therapy rehabilitation more streamlined, most often with fewer visits. By identifying a cause we can make changes faster and provide you with the tools to maintain progress at home. We can also help set you on a program to improve performance and achieve outcomes far past what a traditional model allows.
Early access to care has been shown to significantly improve your outcome and decrease time of symptoms. Colorado is a direct access state (you may attend Physical Therapy without a referral from your physician). If necessary we will always refer you to your doctor for further examination, but in many cases, this is an unnecessary initial part of beginning therapy.
